Apply 1-2 sprays in the affected ear, 3 times a day until the earwax is dissolved.
Straighten the ear canal by gently pulling the upper part of the earlobe upwards and towards the back of the head. This manoeuvre allows straightening of the ear canal and penetration of the active ingredients into the inner part of the ear canal.
